Advantages of the DLYR range of extrusions

1) 14 Extrusions all of similar shape
2) A full range of investment cast alloy goosenecks available with a full range of investment cast gooseneck sub components available off the shelf also
3) We have a range of forward and aft sleaves available, the largest forward sleave fits internally inside the DL487, DL437, DL387, DL337 and externally to the DL247. The next smaller one fits internally to the DL307 and externally to the DL231. The next one down fits internally to the DL277 and externally to the DL210 and the smallest of the 4 fits internally to the DL247 and externally to the DL195. All the smaller sections are easily matched to high strength heavy wall tubes. The aft sleave fits inside all of the extrusions but needs to be trimmed down slightly to fit inside the DL307 to the smallest section. These sleaves are used for joining, stiffening and doublers for gooseneck attachment.
4) We have all mast extrusions with the exact same track. Another unique feature is the myriad of options available in stiffening all of the extrusions both forward and aft as well as athwartships either internally or externally. It perfectly suits the 15/16” Nylatron batten slide fittings and well suited to Monohulls up to 45ft and Multihulls up to 40ft. A bolt rope track is available for smaller boats if required and this same track suits a 50mm reduced section for use as a trailer sailer mast. Six different bonafide options are available as RBC tracks that can be supplied in 7.6mtr lengths and considerable cheaper than the genuine tracks available with slug kits. Aligning extrusions are also available for the joins.
5) Available off the shelf ex Brisbane in all sizes DL138, 152, 387, 437, and 487 all Australian made. DL165 through to DL337 all available ex mill in China in quantities of 2000kgs per profile. Pricing available on request and subject to change.
